Turnabout RPG Case 1 (Spoilers)

Well. I suppose this thread will be used more and more as the case unfolds. Anyone who doesn't wish to see the spoilers, do NOT proceed.
Now that we have a general plot, (Which is hard as hell to make up off the top of my head) I suppose I can deem myself the official case creator.
Special thanks to co-creator, Ms. Fey, and Pearls banner, which served as motivational support.

To be clear, I am not finished, nor am I anywhere close. But, you know, before every case there's a little video, showing you kinda what happened, sure you do. Our case has to have one too! Now, since I can't cosplay everyone and make you all a video (Wish I could, that'd be fun) I've got some text for you.

The scene begins at the front entrance to Gatewater Land. The large sign rested in the bushes, and there was a small stand next to is, containing pamphlets. The pamphlets were advertising the badger hunt, in which participants must take photographs of all four different badgers.

As the sun was setting, the camera snapshots became more numerous. Everyone in the park, including Trucy Wright was snapping photos, in hopes of finding the Pink Badger.

Apollo was at the park with his sister, but she had ran off, either in search of the final badger, or to the stage area, to watch Klavier prepare for their upcoming show.

"She could be anywhere…" murmured Apollo, as he made his way towards the stage area. The photographs only increased, as a loud buzzer went off for a moment. There was a voice coming from a nearby pole with an intercom attached to it. It quickly caught Apollo's attention, as he looked directly up at it.

"Attention Gatewater guests, the time is 9:55. Please evacuate the park, as we are closing in five minutes, pal!"

Apollo's attention was still on the intercom, in hopes that Trucy would have heard the message as well. While his attention was directed to the intercom, he saw another bright light. This one lasted longer than the others, or at least it felt like it to him as he had to recoil and rub his eyes for a moment before looking at what had unfolded before his very eyes. A dead body! Not moving! Dead!

UPDATE:

As the case goes on, I seem to be stopping myself half-way through to fix something, or think. Hopefully Ms. Fey will get on eventually and we can get to brainstorming...

Update: I'm waaaaay behind.

Turns out getting drunk doesn't not help ones mind come up with ideas...It actually shoo's them away.

I'll get back to work soon.

And for anyone who says 'hey! a 17 year old shouldn't be drinking! Get back to the case! Blah Blah Blah!'

Update: Woop! Alright. Well, the investigation part of the case is taken care of. Now onto the trial.

I'm also somewhat concerned about this site, again. I figured there'd be at least one rp going while I made this thing, but I'm sure this is the kick-start this site needs to get going again!

For now, the case is complete.

I will post the starter in the ANYWHERE section, considering the case is taking place in several places.
