"Ms. Tiala? I don't know her personally but Sesam seemed to be around her 24/7. I'm not entirely sure what she saw in him, but they looked happy."

So he knew Ms. Tiala through Mr. Bunt, don't tell me this guy had a crush on her too?

Apollo shook off his thoughts and decided to continue the questioning. "Mr. Bell, I was wondering more about your crowbar. Who do you think took it?"

"Im not sure... I dont know of anyone who would steal something of mine... It would be nice if there was a fingerprint other than mine on there..."

Ema sighed. "Not even I, Ema Skye: Greatest scienific investigator, could find any other traces than yours..."

"But that's perfect. In fact, I'd feel worried if your fingerprints weren't there. All we have to do is find out who the gloves belong to. Using them was a big mistake. But until then, do you know anything about Mr. Bunts accident?"

Of course he doesn't, Justice! He was in prison all night!! Guess it doesn't hurt to ask...

"All I know was he was hit by a car. Sorry I cant be of more use, maybe try asking the police? They might have a traffic picture or something like that."

"That's where we were headed after talking to you, I was just wondering if you knew anything is all."

Apollo turned his head to Ema. "I'm pretty sure I've asked him all I can think of. "

"Alright. Lets see if we can recognize anyone in the car. It could be anyone."
They spoke with the police and revived a traffic video, as requested.

"Lets watch it and see if we can spot anything."

They viewed the video until Sesam appeared on screen. It was dark. Sesam walked across the street and a car zoomed by and... Didn't hit him.

Aha! I knew it! Ms. Baad knows something about Mr. Bunt that she doesn't want us finding out about...there has to be some way to talk to him today. The case depends on it!

"So when Ms. Baad told us he was in the hospital, she was lying. That's great and all, but if he isn't injured...just where is he?"

"Well, he was checked in to the hospital, we just dont know when." Ema pondered for a moment. "I think we have a certain prosecutor to talk to..."

Talk to her? I'd rather leave the scolding for the courtroom...wouldn't it be better to go to the hospital?

"Ema, I seriously think we should limit our time with Ms. Baad. I'd rather try and figure out more about Mr. Bunt and Ms. Tiala..."

"Speaking with them is out of the question." Sonata walked in and approached Apollo and Ema. You see, Ms. Tiala is currently visiting Mr. Bunt in the hospital and requested for them to be left alone."

Apollo felt like growling. She had checked the one thing they had planned.

"Ms. Baad. Why exactly did you tell us Mr. Bunt was in an accident yesterday?"

"Because he was! I am a prosecutor of law, you dub me a liar? Hes in the hospital because of a car accident!" Sonata began to yell irritatingly.

Apollo wasn't one for yelling outside of the courtroom. "Ms. Baad. I'm not one for arguments, but I believe even outside of the courtroom a term stands. Can you prove he was hit without getting me the documents? I don't believe so. Can you prove he was hit in any way? Because I'm fairly confident I can prove he wasn't.

"And how can you prove that, Hair Horns?! I was told he was hospitalized because of a car accident!"

"Told?! And you scold me for not having picture perfect evidence? Can the value of this mystery persons information really stand up in court? Prosecutors of all people should know evidence like that doesn't fly."

Apollo played the tape for Sonata, pausing at the point in which Mr. Bunt was safe. "I don't think he was hit. My eyes don't deceive me."

"W-what?" Sonata began to sweat furiously. "B-But I was shown the exact same tape and he had gotten hit! I swear it to you, Hair Horns!" She calmed down, sighed, and spoke for a second. "Look, as much as I dont want to lose to you, I know your client is innocent. Right now, all I care about is finding out who killed Oscar... You see... Oscar was a family friend way back when... and me and him were the best of friends. I want to put whatever sicko that killen him in prison. For good."

Ms. Baad knew this man? This is the first I'm hearing of it!! But not the first I've heard about the prosecution working to take down the real killer...It'll be just like with Mr. Gavin.

"Ms. Baad, I think I know something. I have a hunch about the real killer. At tomorrow's trial, just play along until we've got them backed into a corner. For now, I need to try to speak with Mr. Bunt."

Apollo wasn't too keen on playing his entire hand just because Ms. Baad folded hers. He knew prosecutors were a slimy bunch, but his bracelet was loose around his wrist the entire conversation.

"Alright. I have a suspect too. I should probably tell you who it is. I saw a woman leave Mr. Bunt's hospital room. And it wasn't Ms. Tiala. I looked into her and her name is Melody Athens. I don't entirely know if she knew Oscar, but there is a possibility she may have been the one who hit Mr. Bunt. Oh yeah! I should show you the tape I was shown."

Sonata took out a tape and played it for them. It was the exact same area only this time, Sesam was hit. A figure gets out of the car, starts to cry, and picks him up and drives him to the hospital.

"See, I told you I was telling the truth!"

Great...another ball to juggle in this case...Either she's directly connected to this case, or it was a complete accident. No matter what happens, I have to remember who I'm defending and what crime it was for. Even though I've handled several crimes at the same time before.

"So now we have a theft, murder and severe injury. Could they all be connected?" Apollo thought.

"We need more information on Ms. Athens..."

"I can take you to her. She lives close to Mr. Bell, apparently. Hey, what if he knows something about her?"

"Then we'll be sure to ask him before tomorrow's trial."

I don't like investigating side by side with a prosecutor like this...something tells me no good can come of this...

"Alright lets go see if we can find anything out about Ms. Athens."

Sonata took Ema and Apollo to a house on the corner of main street.

"This is the place. Lets see if shes home."

Sonata knocked on the door. After a while the door opened. A young woman was seen before them. She seemed to be about 18 or 20 years old. She was wearing a pink sweater with a heart stitched where a humans heart should be. Her bright blonde hair fell to her shoulders like cascading waterfalls. "Can I help you three? ♥"

Apollo took a moment to size up the woman. Much smaller that Sonata or Ema, he thought. However, Apollo was having a hard time breaking from the fact that she looked beautiful. She was flirtatious, which may be a good thing to others, meant terrible things for Apollo. With one glance, the entire court would be on her side...

Oh man, she's gorgeous...this is terrible... She reminds me of the other girl...Dahlia...I'll never forget that one night I saw her at the bar...and again at Hazakurain...

Apollo stopped his mind from wandering too much and decided to strike up the conversation. "Hello. My name is Apollo Justice, this is Ema, and Ms. Baad."

"Very nice to meet you all. Please, come inside. ♥ "

The trio entered the house. It was decorated beautifully with flowers and pictures. Anyone would love to live here. They sat down on a sofa. Sonata gazed around the room in astonishment, as did Ema. Melody stared at them with a puppy-like face. "Oh its beautiful, yes? I did it all myself. ♥ So anyway, why have you come to my humble home?"
