Not Alone

"Oh really?" Phoenix smiled. "Does this man who happens to like spiky haired defense attorneys happen to be someone in this room?"

Miles froze for a split second as if he had been caught and blushed. He resumed his walking and stopped right in front of Phoenix. "Now what would make you think that?" He looked into the other mans eyes.

Phoenix returned the stare evenly. "Who else could it be?" he asked, then poked Edgeworth's chest. "All the evidence points to you, Edgey."

"Good show, Mr. Wright. It appears you have found the guilty party." Miles smiled. "So, what shall my sentence be? House arrest? Jail time?"

Phoenix chuckled, "I don't know, Mr. Edgeworth. You've been concealing vital information from the court, what sentence do you think is harsh enough for that crime?"

"Maybe we can work out a plea bargain? I say I'm guilty and you give me a lesser punishment?" Miles bent down so his nose was just touching Phoenix's.

"Oh really?" Phoenix grinned. "Then your punishment is you have to do whatever I say for an entire hour!" That said, he gave Edgeworth a brief kiss on the lips.

"One hour, you say?" Miles feigned thought over the matter. "Alright, then. I am your willing slave for one hour."

"Great," Phoenix smiled. "Um, I demand that you take off your shirt!" He blushed deeply, unused to being the dominatrix of any couple.

"Yes sir!" Miles slowly took off his shirt and tossed it into a corner. "Is there anything else you wanted me to do?" He asked, his slightly chiseled torso now exposed to the air.

Phoenix watched, not believing what he was seeing. "Yes, there is," he began to unbutton his shirt. "I'd like you to kiss me."

"Of course." Miles smirked. "But where would you like me to kiss? For instance, here." He took Phoenix's hand and kissed the back of it.

Phoenix tried his best not to blush, but failed. "Cold, Mr. Edgeworth," he teased. "That's not where I want you to kiss me at all."

"Oh? Then how about here?" Miles started slowly kissing up Phoenix's arm.

Phoenix shivered slightly. "Getting warmer," he smiled.

"Then maybe here?" Miles moved his kisses to Phoenix's slightly exposed chest. "Getting closer?"

Phoenix moaned softly in pleasure. "Warmer," he ran his hand through Edgeworth's hair.

Miles could feel his pants tighten at the sound of Phoenix's moan. "Then what about here?" He moved up to Phoenix's collarbone and neck.

Phoenix gasped quietly, "Oh! Warmer, Miles!" He could feel his pants starting to get uncomfortable.

"Glad to hear you're enjoying yourself." Miles moved to be eye level with Phoenix. "I have one last guess..."

"Where would that be?" Phoenix looked into Edgeworth's eyes, a playful gleam in his eyes. "There's a penalty for baseless conjecture."

"Well..." Miles leaned in. "I was thinking... here?" He placed his lips onto Phoenix's.

Phoenix pressed his lips against Edgeworth's firmly, wrapping his arms around the other man's waist.

'Is this really happening?' he wondered as he kissed the prosecutor.

Miles smiled into the kiss and broke it for a small moment. "Was I right?" He asked before going back into the kiss.

Phoenix moaned softly into the kiss in affirmation, not wanting to break the kiss. Hesitantly, his hands went from around Edgeworth's waist to in Edgeworth's hair, gripping Edgey's head to his own. Phoenix pushed the slightly taller man to the couch, falling on top of the half naked prosecutor.
